~2-3 Looks very beautiful at first glance, but also quite .. purple when you understand what I mean;). Then the proportions do not completely match the face, shoulder and ear shape. But this can also go through as your styl, it seems unrealistic. Otherwise you have made this very neat and with good hatching and (halfway) clean shadow. Simple but with interesting hatch in hair and shirt. Only the purple is a little too doll with the cheeks.
If you continue to practice, it can be really good!
If you were planning to make it realistic or How sweet, I would advise you to observe the eyes and shape of shoulders and ears.

Conscious without notice:
The picture looks very “cabloned” like manga or comic style. The eyes are oversized, the nose is barely laid and the forehead/hair calotte is also overproportioned. To paint permanent works take better unlined paper, because the cardboard paper looks somewhat improvised.
In the hairs I recognize a good game with reflective light and shadow that makes the hairstyle plastic. In a weakened form, you could also use it on the dress that the body also works more plastically in it.

I’d give the picture a two. It has become very beautiful, the hair is well made and the facial expression and the eyes also fit well.
I wouldn’t make the pink so extreme on the cheeks, a bit is good, but not too much.
