The tears look and the eye generally look really realistic.The eyelashes are very fine and detailed.

As a suggestion for improvement, however, I would still give you that you might look at a “more straight” line at the upper song. Of course, this should not be a completely straight line. However, the eye on the picture has to say small deviations, which is not the case for people.(:
