What do you think of the 9-euro ticket?
Hello,
Do you use the 9-euro ticket and do you like it?
Hello,
Do you use the 9-euro ticket and do you like it?
Hello, does anyone happen to know the following about the lockers at Munich Central Station Are they open 24/7? How much does a locker cost? Are there enough lockers or do they fill up quickly?
I have a few questions: 1) What options does the passenger have to continue or cancel his journey in the event of a delay of more than 60 minutes or a train cancellation? 2) What should I do if I miss a connection? 3) How do employees generally certify delays/cancellations and how can they “validate”…
Would this work with this kvb card because it says vrs on it…I haven't found anything helpful on google
I just received a message that my trip with a Re train is canceled. The trip isn't scheduled until July 20, 2024. There doesn't seem to be a new connection and I can't cancel it because the date isn't up yet. Is there still a possibility to get my money back sooner? Thanks in advance:)
Hello, I bought a single ticket level B today for 6€. I drove it normally and was not checked. My question is whether the ticket is only valid after it has been validated? If so, can I use the ticket tomorrow after validating it?
What do you think if there was a general speed limit in Germany? Would it make any difference? Would it have advantages? What is your opinion on the issue of speed limits?
it is neither sustainable nor thought-out – it only leads to overloading of the system, ensures delays and so salutes the existing customers, it is also expensive and from the 1.9. 2.5 billion are burned with which one could have better expanded the ÖPNV, but then the tickets cost as much as before.
I find great to discover the local traffic. For the future, however, I would like to expand it, e.g., to increase the price so that it is at least a little calculated.
I can only find the simultaneous reduction in the prices of Sprit.
Originally the idea was to protect the environment in which people move from car to Öffis.
That’s all gone backwards. The majority of the ticket only uses the ticket so that you can easily walk across Germany and thus harm the environment.
You should somehow limit it, for example only valid in a 50km radius from the place of residence, then everyone comes to work and the purpose is fulfilled. And this 9€ fun tourism stops.
How can one harm the environment if no train travels more often than before? The current you need is also the same.
The problem is that the trains are also full when the kids come to/from school and are pendulumed. The luxury of the shift workers to have an almost empty train is gone, but this is luxuriant.
Many trains have added Wagons because of the huge rush, as it starts with higher energy consumption.
For this, many Öffis commuters have moved to the car, because some of them have not been allowed to climb into the trains crowded with fun tourists. Laturation
The OK never happened here. But if not that a Doppler would have been necessary.
There’s nothing new for tourists anyway.
I need an hour by car to Leipzig Zoo and by train also
Only by train it is more relaxed and thanks to this ticket also much cheaper
Come on. Then the trains are full.
It’s just that we’ve got some money. But how much really sold, how far this is enough to be the cost-covering, we will never know.
I don’t use it myself, but that’s the way in which income is getting away…
What you can experience with the 9 Euro ticket or the complete failure of the DB
Yes, we can see that it needs traffic and yes, it makes sense to take time to travel and get to know land and people in another way.
But my wife and I were realistic from the beginning and called it an adventure. Plan was a trip to Hamburg with the regional railways and ÖPNV. The simple travel time, from the route and train selection and without delay is about 10 – 13 hours. That is why we decided to embark on a return journey with a stopover in interesting cities. 6:47 hours to Leipzig with transfer to Landshut and Hof. 1.5 days sightseeing in Leipzig. 6.25 hrs to Hamburg also with two transitions. Back to Göttingen with an overnight stay and back to Moosburg an der Isar in a similar time division. As far as the plan. Well, to reality.
Conclusion:
– During the return journey, the triggers for not reaching our connecting trains were not due by the train. OK, a lead damage could also result from poor maintenance. This, however, also leads to such considerable delays with possible alternative routes, is not comprehensible and, from my point of view, points to a systemic error.
– We spoke to fellow travelers who paid the full price for the train trip. I just hope the train is cunning enough to pay back.
– Even for a travel price of 9 euros, the entire circumstances as we had to experience are not justified. All those who think about it as a follow-up product to quote a higher price I have to call on “Brings first – chaos and schedules before talking about higher prices.”
– Valuable information such as, “the two displayed trains are connected” with the info that the additionally attached wagons “are with free places” would be quite reasonable
– You can let a pass through with a running diesel locomotive on the platform. It’s nothing to understand.
– Get off the train crew. I hope they get the money they deserve. A hard job so long the service train is so bad.
– The DB app is vital to find alternatives. Ads do not always show up properly. See Schwandorf. Pronouncements are apparently not carried out reliably in any case beyond business hours. Leave the railway track to check the ads of the other railway track or check the large display in the waiting room or before it may cost precious time.
– I don’t want to talk anything bad. Train rides can be relaxing and interesting. You have interesting encounters and conversations. An enrichment. But this also means that a planned journey by train also takes place as planned.
– Important Reiseutensil: A Powerbank
So someone who, like me, grew up with course books, knows how to read the ad boards at the platforms (whether digital or the yellow and white written). At each station, you can visit how to use the mobile phone from the important e.g. platform changes, alternative to failed trains can distract… Or just forget to get out….No cell phone does not happen.
I find it bad because it is just an extremely discounted variant for a short time.
After that, the prices will fall back to the old prices and you will pay too much again (in my opinion).
In this short period, the ticket is now used more, the trains are full, in some cases even crowded and you get no more space and soon everything is back to the old, you pay too much for tireless tracks…
People like you don’t use anyway. So for you everything stays at the old no matter how expensive the ticket is you don’t buy anyway 😄
I am happy that my currently rarely used job ticket now costs only 9€/month before it goes back to the 56€.
But would it not be better for traders to reduce the price in general and in the long term?
The ÖPNV is thus heavily underpaid. You’ll probably get the money back somewhere else.
And for people in the country where a bus stops twice a day, it won’t be profitable either.
Sure it would be nice. See Luxembourg, people pay nothing for local transport. But the two countries are not really comparable.
So I’m just looking forward to enjoying a job ticket that’s already much cheaper than the monthly ticket via DB and currently I’m just looking forward to paying 9€.
Every year, I have a free, privately available annual ticket valid throughout the country.
This is currently valid, analogously to the 9 Euro ticket, also nationwide.
However, since the introduction of the 9 Euro ticket no single time with it. Usually I use it more often, even here in local traffic around Frankfurt.
Reasons for the current non-use:
So should I be for the 9 Euro ticket now?
The politically correct answer would, of course, be: for, because cheaper ÖPV must be promoted.
Can stay forever….
Sure. For many a strong financial relief. It’s a good thing, even if only local traffic. You’d have to handle what’s exactly allowed. In theory, it would not be a problem to let the RE/IC to Norddeich Mole apply to the 9-Euro ticket, it is only the practice that destroys everything. In practice, people who have paid more costs a rather unpleasant ride. For 9 euros, you can’t wait to get a four or something. In theory, however, this would be a relief.
The background of the 9-Euro tickets was also to reduce CO2 consumption. However, from the side of the petrol stations a very stupid thing, because you can’t make the train more attractive, and at the same time just lower the petrol prices again.

For example, the ÖPNV represents an alternative to the car for more people, if ICEs could also be included, most domestic flights would be dispensed with. First of all, it is a forced measure for climate protection, because most of them are just trying to make our lives hard for drivers, which I don’t think is good.
Basically very good, because people who can’t afford to drive with the Öffis (environment and so), however, the problem lies in the expansion of public transport, which is why they are very crowded and affects people who need it and use it daily, e.g. workers. The criticism lies directly on the ticket.
Well, I don’t know what to do, the one for 9€ to e.g. Berlin is cool, but that’ll take an extremely long time.
It is possible to stay so that those who do not have so much money can also use public transport.
… because my current monthly card costs only 9 euros instead of 46.20 euros and has been extended to the entire federal territory.
in summer this is ok? because many are on holiday.
I prefer the train to expand its offers.
then you can make better cities travel and all trains can be better utilized.
I can’t use it. City and land are still far from each other, in every respect.
Then you are an exception
Then go to the country and take a lot of time.
What do you want to derive your minority from? From your posts? There are bicycles and arMopeds for you. I’m on my bike today. There is no bus and car is in the garage.
Everyone under 18 who can’t drive yet. It’s getting sader with you.
They’re supposed to be there, but they’re looking for the magnifying glass.
Imagine not everyone who lives in the country has a car or even a driver’s license.
To the land where the city bus will pass. Then buy a box of beer and drive home by bus. You’ll do that for a time.
I live on the land but head up
I know railway drivers who had to change DESWEGEN to the car now, because no corresponding baggage can be taken.
Because it doesn’t cover the costs, and because millionaires also get the same tax money as low earners.
Because Sylt
I don’t care, I have a driving license and I can afford the car. That’s why I don’t use public transport.
