I would recommend the chess App Chess.com where you lose and win Elo again and again in several games and this is your score

Then you would have to attend a tournament but it would not be online or maybe I got something wrong

Essentially by playing an Elo on tuning.

Otherwise, you can at least play online with score and roughly estimate it using this score.

Hii,

you will get a real Elo number if you participated in an Elo-rated tournament with at least 9 rounds. So you have to play in a tournament against 9 people who already have an Elo. This presupposes that you have a FIDE ID that you need to apply for, and that in turn means you need to be registered in a chess club. No ID without club. You can then check the result here: https://ratings.fide.com/ (Indicate your name or FIDE ID)

You can also play a non-official Elo on Lichess or Chess.com. You just have to create an account for that.

So you can play a few games (at least 20) then you will find out your approximate Elo number, the games must be valued. The more you play, the more precise your Elo number

Just by looking for your name here:

https://ratings.fide.com/

This, of course, presupposes that you once applied for one and played ELO-rated tournaments.
