How do I start eating vegetables?

Good evening everyone, I would like to start accepting but the problem that stands in my way is that I don't eat any vegetables, I really don't eat any vegetables, I just don't like the taste of vegetables.

And that's why I need help on how to start liking vegetables.

So it often takes a long time to get used to a taste. especially if you don't know (real) or – psychologically – reject because: I don't like it. And yes, you can accept that, at least if you have tried often enough again and again. I don't like any vegetables until today and as a child my choice was even more limited. But don't be worried about it, you don't have to shove vegetables in yourself, that goes without. The number of calories is important. even if, of course, immensely unhealthy – even with only chocolate and chips. A bag of chips a day makes 500 calories, a table of chocolate too. have 1000 calories ingested. Makes a minus of 1000 for a daily requirement of 2000 calories.

Don't be crazy. I've been living for 2 years because of a carnivore disease and so don't eat vegetables and I'm fine! Vegetables are completely overrated.

If you want to lose weight, your total calories are the most important!

You eat too many calories. If you eat as many as your body needs, then you will hive your weight and take too little to you, then you will take off.

Use suspended carbohydrates, protein (at least 1g per kilogram of body weight) and also fats are important.

Good carbohydrates would be oat flakes as an example.

You get protein from meat, eggs, cheese etc.

You get fats from good fat beef, eggs, nuts or even olive oil.

Be careful with the fats a little on the Omega 3 to 6 ratio! So sunflower oil is better to avoid.

Nourish yourself as clean as you can. So no ready meals! For example, if you eat rice with fish and dill sauce, you will be fed quickly and for a long time.

If you don't taste vegetables then you'd rather read it! Your body doesn't tell you for the reason he doesn't want it. And for survival or a healthy life, vegetables are not absolutely necessary! And there are still fruits, and there are plenty of good tasting with little sugar.
