There’s no one yet. In a couple of months, the first Rideshare flight with the Peregrin lander of Astrobotics will start at the first flight of the Vulcan rocket of ULA. So this is not so unrealistic

Prices and financing are dismissed, the purpose is completely absurd. The stuff will never take a look after the deposit as long as the moon surrounds the earth. For the money, you could also dump a full garbage container to save the garbage collection costs.
The sticker would be read up million times faster at the bottom of the Mariannengraben in the Pacific when searching for a shipwreck.
