Beef, about 20% fat content (if with some pig belly bring to the necessary fat content) coarse wolfs.

Then mould with salt, pepper, MSG and mustard in about 90g balls.

Gusseiserne pan really hot let 2 meat balls press pure and plated. If the bottom shows nice tanning and cheese on it.

The bun can be tasted wonderfully in the remaining fat of the patty’s.

The right toppings are a question of faith and open to experiments according to their own taste.

My favourites are:

  • Bread (top)
  • Burger sauce (Ketchup, Senf, Mayo and a tiny shot of apple cider vinegar)
  • tomato (don’t forget to salt these)
  • Red onion (red, in thin rings)
  • Mild Cheddar
  • Patty
  • Mild Cheddar
  • Patty
  • Leaf salad
  • Burger Sauce
  • Bread (bottom)

Or:

  • Bread (top)
  • Mustard (what good as Bautz’ner, Lion or Dijon)
  • Honey caramelized onions (also with maple syrup or agaven thick juice)
  • Chester cheese
  • Patty
  • Chester cheese
  • Patty
  • Mayo
  • Bread (bottom)

Making the rolls was always the biggest problem for me, because no recipe yet, what I’ve been using, really did good buns that were also worth the time.

We always do the pattie ourselves. I took the following recipe:

https://www.chefkoch.de/receptions/2651781416563910/Vegetarian-Koettbullar.html

Instead of the Köttbullar, I just made Patties out of it. Works super.

There is still a vegan variant that we occasionally make. But the first recipe is currently our favorite.

There are also tomato, onions, salads and sour burgers. And of course ketchup.

It is actually more a healthy Burger modification.

  • Vegane patties Rewe frozen
  • wholemeal
  • zero ketchup Heinz
  • gurke, tomatoes, salad
  • evtl the vegan bacon by billie Green (super little fat comes closest to the real bacon)

Vegan and made yourself. I haven’t had it for a long time. Could I plan for the end of next week

  • Pure herbal pattie – usually made by yourself (also like to be a Portobello if regional)
  • raw onions and roasted onions
  • homemade barbecue sauce
  • Red peppers
  • cocktail tomatoes and salad cucumbers, if seasonal and regional
  • vinegar
  • on spices necessarily smoked pepper powder extra – I love it! 😉

I love eating the finished burger when you’ve done so much trouble. Especially with the whole grains of Buns you are always proud that the work has paid off.

Actually, we always take quite normal wise burgerbrotchen when we make burger which we buy at the supermarket we take on the burger then instead of meat we simply always produce something vegetable. Otherwise, it’s just like a normal burger.

Not vegetarian, often in the restaurant, but of course also McDonald’s, Burger King or KFC.

A vegetarian burger is totally sweatless. Either I am vegetarian and eat vegetarian dishes or I eat meat and then make me a burger. But imitating a food only shows that you prefer to eat meat.

From your cliché. Spinach and beans are not meat. Just an imitation. That’s ridiculous.
