Dear Wildsau,

from April 2016, I have completely changed my diet and have not eaten conventional bread and flour products since that time. 2 or 3 delicious of my total 8 different Wasa sack bread.

I started with Wasa – see whata.com

  • “mjölk”, today “Milk and yoghurt“. It consists of pure rye whole grain flour (104 g), very tasty and also delicious. When this was taken out of Wasa in 2020 to improve the programme, I am at that time on the new, 100-year-old Wasa anniversary created
  • “Wasa 100”, now “Poppy & sea salt” changed. A crusty, thin rye whole grain sacks of 96% rye whole grain flour, 6.5 g linseed and 4.6 g poppy seed. One of my favorite buttons. I also eat
  • the very similar “Chia seeds and sea salt” from 102 g of rye whole grain flour and 5 g of chia seeds, which tastes almost as good to me. a couple of months ago
  • the hearty “Rye sourdough” consisting of 96 g of rye whole grain flour, 19 g of rye sourdough and barley malt extract and excellently tasted and now also very much liked to eat
  • the especially crispy “Rustic, consisting of 100 g of rye whole grain flour and 5 g of rye glue and is also very tasty. However, I have an exceptional preference for what is not available in Germany
  • Surdeg” (salted vinegar), consisting of 4 different whole grain flours, consists of two thirds of rye whole grain flour, then also wheat and barley whole grains and the full grain of the oats, which is a sourdough bread. I also like to eat this
  • linseed” with its fine-natured flavour, which also consists of rye whole grain flour (91%) and of 5.3 % linseed, wheat germs and 2.6% rye glue

. My partner, my dear Uwe, who has problems with his teeth, always eats this very bad

  • “Milch & Yoghurt” and also
  • the extremely tasty and slightly crispy, thin “Delikatess Sesame”, which also consists of rye whole grain flour (7 g) and seed grains (11 g) and also, like the sueddeg, is not available in Germany and which I, like the Suerdeg, in the Sweden shop in Hamburg, order via the Internet, where it is directly from Sweden.

My Surdeg, Lein Seeds or Rustic Sacks, which I change, I fill with a thick layer of sweet cream butter and a spoon of wild blossom honey. On the poppy & sea salt and the rye sourdough I give a thick chic sweet cream butter and eat a breakfast egg!

My partner eats his 3 slices of Delikatess Semsam and Milk & Yoghurt also coated with a lot of sweet cream butter along with a layer of delicious cheese.

We drink a good Darjeeling first flush or a big Haferl Wiener Melange, a coffee speciality comparable to a cappuccino, just better!

The great thing is that the 3 bucks we eat every morning keep us fed for hours so that we only take our second meal a day after five to seven hours, a warm dish. The good thing about these noble sacks is also that they all contain about 20, 21 g of balla substances and between 11 and 13 g of protein and are very valuable and healthy in nutritional terms! What affects our healthy microbiome, with the result that we have a very well-functioning intestine, do not have constipation and always go to toilet once a day at the same hour in the morning. And moreover are healthy!

The high-quality Wasa bags are for me the best I can imagine for bread! I also always see that I find the one or other bags somewhere on the internet as a cheap offer and then always buy me around the 24 packs as I have made the experience that you can store this washbag, as well as it is baked and welded in, for years, still far beyond the expiry date, and eat it with pleasure! What a great advantage is!

So I can afford the luxury of having 8 different bags in stock for my partner and myself and eating the most varied snacks depending on the pleasure and mood. What I feel as a real piece of quality of life!

The sacks also helped me reduce my weight by 53 kg without any problems and it, at 57 kg, can now easily hold! Since the individual breads are very valuable in nutritional terms and have a high nutrient quality, however, compared to a conventional slice of bread, they have very few calories, they have become a healthy part of a healthy breakfast and a healthy lifestyle for us!

I thank you for your good question, which I have liked to answer and have therefore noticed for the first time today that we actually eat various kinds of snacks! What’s wrong?
