Wie erstelle ich einen “guten” Handelsvertrag?
Hey,
Wollte mal fragen wie ihr so ein Vertrag abschließt beim Kauf von Waren aus China, was es dort zu beachten gibt / was aufjedenfall drinstehen muss und wie so ein “Mustervertrag” aussehen sollte.
Habe leider so ziemlich 0 Ahnung bei allem was “Handelsrecht” / Verträge und Bedingungen betrifft.
Wenn ihr dort eine Art Beratungsstelle oder Schriftstücke hättet, oder aber auch nur einfache Tipps / Ratschläge habt wäre ich sehr dankbar

If you have no idea about it, you should leave your fingers or seek a good lawyer for contract law with international companies.
Jo at the end I came haha too.
I’m just going to my 18th. Year of life too, and there is not much time for me in addition to training etc. also in contract law to make “time just” smart. Unfortunately, I have to look at how I get the money saved together. Other question; do you know if there are promotions/consultation agencies within the framework of the IHK or other authorities or whatever?
