How do I create a one-page website with Joomla?
Hello everyone,
I would like to create a one-page website and use Joomla for it.
But I don't know how to get all or several posts to be displayed on one page.
Does anyone know anything about this?
Or would another CMS be better suited for one-page sites?
PS: I'm familiar with HTML, CSS, PHP, etc. But not so much with Joomla.
You just start a single website
Machst 1 H1 headline
And several H2 headlines (one main theme)
For each H2 then corresponding text and d images and possibly H3 headings
If you want to do navigation on the page, you need jump marks as internal links e.g. The H2 heading

You can build your own template and integrate the necessary logic.
For easy-knit OnePager (splitting all areas in sections, which can then be controlled via a jump mark), you will find a variety of prefabricated templates (see for example on ltheme.com or joomlart.com).
Thank you. But what about Joomla is the best practice for a OnePager?
What I already found out:
You could simply use modules instead of posts.
This looks less beautiful on the admin side. And what I haven’t found out is how to assign an ID to a module so that you can put the jump mark there.
I have already written a possible way, but you can also work with modules. Both ways are legitimate.
Put yourself in Custom HTML module and set the ID for its container element.
On Joomla’s website there are trainings that teach you how to deal with it:
https://www.joomla.org/
→ There the thick button “Learn Joomla“click, then you land here: https://docs.joomla.org/Tutorials:Beginners/de
You have a lot of tutorials on how to build websites with Joomla. You should have all the basics to do this.
Thank you. But there I can’t find anything about OnePage pages.
One Page page is just a normal website with just one website.
In general, however, you also have data protection and imprint and possibly contact
Drotzdem would speak of OnePager
If you can use Joomla, you also know what options you have and how to build such a page.
And with the You can use Joomla, you have to learn it, serve the tutorials.
Of course, a onepager is a website
And of course a onepage like any other wesite has a navigation
And of course, you need to set anchor points (marks)

OnePage website is more than just a normal website with just one page.
The difference is that a OnePage page has a menu that links to the individual areas on the page.
This is theoretically happening in Joomla. But I have to assign IDs and as far as I have seen, this is only done by inserting your own HTML code. And that makes it much more difficult, even if lay people are to write posts and create new menu entries.
