How do I spot fake Airpods Pro 2?

I bought Airpods Pro 2 with USB-C on eBay for around €130, and now I'm wondering if they're original. Checking the serial numbers is correct. The packaging says they're manufactured on November 24th. I've tested all the functions, but other than a weird sound from the charging case, a broken Siri function, and a charging case that's not sealed, I haven't found anything unusual. Is it possible that these are fake? If so, why, and how can I find out? If not, are these just defects or is this normal? I would appreciate a helpful answer. Thank you in advance.

As a rule, you have a product number on the product (as far as I know on the charging case). This allows you to find out on the Internet whether the Apple product can be assigned at least once.
Addendum: If you connect the Airpods to a device, you should even be able to find out the corresponding serial number via the connected device. This makes it easy to check.
As stated, all numbers agree (already tested), but missing functions and the charging case can be opened simply because it is not glued. The serial numbers can be copied by an Apple employee according to statements. So it doesn’t necessarily mean anything. Thank you for the answer.
