Hello, I'm graduating this school year and I'm facing a bit of a dilemma. I know 100 percent that I want to study either physics or biology. I find both fields incredibly interesting and spend a lot of time studying them in my free time. My grades are pretty good in both. I got at…
Why does it bang when two trains pass each other quickly (in opposite directions)? Does it have something to do with air turbulence? You often hear this on the open road when you are sitting on the train.
Hello! I have about 1 kilo of copper from old cables and a television. What can I do with this stuff? Is there anywhere I can sell it, and if so, where (classifieds, recycling center, etc.)?
In Einstein's vivid examples of the train, the station, and lightning, it is described that the observer on the train sees the two flashes of lightning simultaneously, while the observer at the station sees that the train is moving toward one of the flashes. From this, he concludes that this flash reaches the observer on…
Hello, while watering my cactus I noticed these little beasts on the soil. After researching them, they look like predatory mites to me, but they could also be spider mites or root mites. They move relatively quickly and, as far as I could tell, are only on Earth. Maybe someone can help me.
2 Winds that hurt in different directions meet each other and then swirl the leaves on
Thanks for the answer! 🙂 interesting:)
Wind and temperature of various “air masses”. Above the warm plate lining / asphalt, the warm surface “uplift” is additional to this phenomenon
Swirls arise in the wind flow due to flow demolition at obstacles such as e.g. rucksacks. Such vortexes can move away from their origin, but are unstable and dissipate very quickly. Tornados, on the other hand, are driven by an inflow and are stable until the inflow ends.
Thanks for the answer:)
Through the wind
