Make a warm bottle and relax on the couch or bed and watch a movie or a series and drink a cocoa while. But you can also make a warmer bottle and eat some shock (it always helps me with pain) and make it comfortable outside (if you have a garden or balcony) 🙂

Hiii, so best put some warm on the brook like a heat bottle or something.

Helps me drink tea (of course don’t have to help everyone) even if it sounds doof sport can do good, I don’t mean hit workout but what relaxes. Youtube has a lot to find!
