How to tax income from YouTube?

Part of my company's revenue comes from YouTube AdSense , or at least will soon. Now I have the problem that AdSense is for people over 18, and while I have full legal capacity, I'm not 18.

Google itself states that in this case it is possible to create an account in the name of the parents, but my problem is:

So the AdSense invoices will have my parents' name on them and not mine?

Is there a way to fix this problem in Google Ads, or how can I resolve it from a tax perspective, so that, for example, my parents' name could be on the invoice?

Notes:

I'm 15 years old, but I have permission from the family court to start a business. I'm also aware of how to tax this income, including the reverse charge procedure, etc. It's really just about the name on the invoice.

On the AdSense bills is the name of my parents and not of me?

This will only be possible for Google to answer you

Is there a way to fix this problem in Google Ads or how

If Google allows the use of AdSense only from 18 onwards, the release of all courts in the world will not bring you anything. Because the AGB etc say no, outside the Internet you would probably call it domestic law.
The same thing is on eBay, there you have to be 18 to trade. Whatever German courts say to your business.

I can resolve this correctly, for example. My parents could stand on the bill?

In terms of income tax, in doubt, you only have to prove who the money has flowed, this is relatively easy. As much as I know, Google only makes a bill.

As a result, you can work here with a separate document.

I am 15 years old, but have permission from the family court to establish a company as a hint. In addition, I am aware of how to tax this revenue with reverse charge, etc. it is really just about the name on the invoice

Don’t get me wrong, but you seem to be missing something.
For you issue an invoice to Google for your services, and not Google for you

Google must: issue the invoice on your name.

There must be Your name and not your parents.

ON, if the invoice itself is drawn up Your name issued, can you it’s taxable, logical, right?

I don’t think you can do this.

Your parents are not allowed to appear.

Your tax advisor can inform you.

If you have permission from the family court and your parents… then you know what to do and how to solve the problem with the name in Google Ads 🙂
