It’s really easy.

On days when you are traveling (school, work, etc) out of house, take a large bottle of water with (1.5 l) with the aim that this bottle must be empty once you are back home.

You can also put a memory on your phone, e.g. a memory alarm in the breaks every 1-2 hours, depending on how your daily routine is.

If you are home, fill 8 glasses with 200 ml of water and place them distributed in the apartment. Whenever you get past a glass, drink a sip. Also with the aim that in the evening everyone is empty.

It’s important that you see the water because it’s from the eyes. So always have a glass or bottle in the eye angle.

Just put something to you where you always see it – on the desk, on the living room table, wherever. Either a large cup of tea, or a bottle of water and set the goal to drink that even within a certain time.

If it’s hard for you to regularly spread over the day to drink water, you could run a water diary or use a mobile app as a reminder. Here you can set a daily target and let you remember enough to drink every 2 hours from your smartphone.
