Bist Du denn mit installiertem Kaspersky-AV in Education Group reingekommen? Oder ging es da auch schon nicht? In ersteren Fall solltest Du Kaspersky wieder installieren; im letzteren Fall lag es nicht am AV-Programm sondern an etwas anderem. Was genau, das lässt sich aus der Ferne schlecht sagen.
Grundsätzlich ist es aber eine schlechte Idee, ohne AV-Lösung im Internet unterwegs zu sein. Ich hoffe, die Windows-eigene AV-Lösung hat sich nach der Kaspersky-Deinstallation wieder aktiviert?
