How do I brake correctly on a 50 cc scooter without ABS?

As far as I know, my front brake is on the right and the rear brake is on the left.

Should I pull both slowly and evenly and then press them shut suddenly, or how do I avoid a crash where I basically fall over.

Hello,

the front wheel brake is good for fast braking, but requires fine feeling. When the front wheel brake is blocked, a fall is very probable, as the front wheel slips away quickly!
With a blocked rear wheel, it hardly happens, it only grinds.

It only helps practice to get the feeling of fineness.

Best regards from Leipzig

Just hold tight and actuate both brakes.

You brake with both brakes. More front and back. But be careful in curves.
