How to get better at swimming?
I never swim. I want to swim every morning for the next two weeks, then once a week.
Can swim breaststroke with relatively good form, but cannot swim crawl at all.
Abitur requirements: Breaststroke: 50m = 46 seconds; 100m = 1:43; 800m = 13:50
I swim breaststroke 50m= 1:13
The lifeguard said I can practice breaststroke by just swimming and swimming.
Crawl said I shouldn't breathe out every time, but only on one side or 4 times without and then breathing out on the 5th time, but I can't do that because I suffocate, so I practice with only one side.
Keep arms close to your body and fingers together.
Question/Request: Can anyone give me a plan or tips on how I should train to get faster?
Or should I just swim? In how many months is it realistic to achieve the 46 seconds and the other times?
And I also wonder if the Abitur requirements for front crawl swimming are easier, but for that I would first have to be in good shape
Every day swimming could be too much; possibly every 2nd day. After then 2 – 3 times a week . When starting, it is good to use the swing by repulsing from the edge of the basin and to make a short sliding phase first. The arm and leg technology as well as the sliding phase can be improved with time. You can try to find your technique and improve it after the repulsion and the sliding phase.
Hey, so breathing at first is important not suffocating
So when crowling there are different breathing of 2 breathing 3 breathing etc that means quasi you make an arm tongue and at the next you breathe again normal and Dan breathe that would be 2 breathing and well at 3’s each 3. Breeding
You have your head all over underwater and if you breathe to the side that doesn’t turn your whole body but really just the head
Otherwise, really only helps more swim with Bret there is good exercise and if you need to write to eif at the DLRG so I also know
