Wie Benzos vom Arzt verschreiben lassen?
Vorab: Ich will die nicht als Drogen, sondern als Notfallmedikamente benutzen. Deswegen spart euch dumme Kommentare.
Also, ich leide unter Panikattacken/Angstzustände, die treten nicht jeden Tag auf, seltener, dafür aber sehr stark.
Ungefähr so zwischen 21-22 Uhr fangen die meistens so an und gehen dann auch mal so ein paar Stunden.
Deswegen wollte ich mal fragen wie ich dem Arzt das am besten erklären soll, ohne rüber zu kommen als wäre ich ein Junkie der Drogen braucht oder so.
Wie gesagt, nur als Notfallmedikamente. Wenn ich die als Drogen missbrauchen wollen würde, dann würde ich die mir von der Straße holen. Hab genug Kontakte. Lieber würde ich die in Absprache mit nem Arzt nehmen.
Deswegen, wie soll ich ihn das erklären, ohne komisch rüber zu kommen?

If you do not have a professionally secured diagnosis, then you probably only have one on one Self-diagnosis based assessment which, however, is not a reason for depreciation of potentially dependent substances such as benzos.
Most doctors refuse to write benzos. Either they explain you mentally ill and point you to a specialist or to the shoulders and recommend to put yourself at home under a warm blanket and meditate.
The psychiatrists just prescribe this under strict supervision and then no longer.
I was allowed to take diazepam and lorazepam home at that time, but only in certain quantities, and only for a week after that, I had to go back to an increase.
