Hallo ich nutze momentan Meerwasser nasenspray da ich vorher oft Nasenbluten hatte und seit ich das nasenspray nehme ist es besser aber immer wenn ich es zwei drei tage nicht nehme bekomme ich wieder Nasenbluten. Jetzt habe ich gelesen das man Augen Nasen Salbe von bepanthen nutzen soll aber wie nutz man die dann richtig?
Habt ihr noch andere Tipps wie ich ohne nasenspray kein Nasenbluten bekomme?
