It’s just determined by your genetics where you’re using the fat.

If you take more, your Po will grow, but of course the rest will be what you don’t want.

You can’t always influence this. A lot is genetically prescribed. But if you take more, amme will usually turn body parts more

Strength training brings garnix if you have no mass before, otherwise it will only be thinner and tighter

You can’t determine where you’re taking fat, that makes your body for you.

So you’d have to increase overall.

to take you to the gym or eat a lot. You go to the gym to build muscles, not always just to take off
