I fix my pictures (acrylic paint on acrylic paper) with varnish. It’s in shiny and Matt.

For wood there are also glazes marked with “gloss”.

You can use normal clearcoat.

Colorless lacquering would be an option, with spray or paint from the bush. You can also use wax and polish.

When waxing and polishing, however, nothing can peel off, would be superior. Paint goes naturally and you can apply it as you like. Grind well before and remove dust. 🙂

one buys high gloss lacquer and primes before applying.

if necessary you can also brush over with weatherproof clear lacquer from the same company.
