How do I get rid of flatulence?

Hello

I, 15, have realized that I can no longer eat everything (as much).

After eating something sugary, like cake or Christmas cookies, I immediately get bloated/the urge to have a bowel movement, a rumbling in my stomach, and a nausea in my throat. I usually can't say no when it's on the table. Do you have any tips for avoiding snacking, or for the symptoms or causes of sugary foods?

Thank you

Could be an allergy to wheat or gluten or something. Must have a check.

Otherwise, I recommend improving your intestinal flora. So to promote and build the bacteria, so that they digest everything properly. The keyword is probiotics or the probiotic. So bacteria-promoting. Especially for your intestinal bacteria without which we have many intestinal complaints.

For example, if you take antibiotics, they will also kill your bacteria in the intestine. It happens to me often that I realize I’m very badly digested.

I recommend eating yoghurt, there are good bacteria in it or generally inlaid stuff, especially inlaid. Probiotically also acts inulin, which mainly serves the bacteria as food and is found, for example, in the tubers of Topinambur. Maybe they could be offered somewhere. But look, you can get lean problems at the beginning if you are not used to inulin. That’s a powder. There’s a lot of stuff. I also like to take sour cream juice that there is to buy. I don’t know how many probiotics in there are. I’m convinced it helps.

This could also be a fruit sugar intolerance. But for example, I don’t eat as much cookies as I used to, although I don’t have any fruit sugar intolerance. And less is usually healthier.

I have similar problems. I don’t eat sugar so much, but you can try it with drops sab simplex. They are not subject to prescription and “degases” the intestine. Taste delicious. Otherwise, talk to your doctor and maybe a gastroenterologist is necessary.

Sorbital allergy or wheat or gluten allergy. Go to the doctor.
