Wie am besten abnehmen?
Wie oben schon steht wollte ich fragen, wie ich am besten abnehmen kann. Ich bin nicht krank oder so, ich fühle mich einfach nicht so wohl in meinem Körper, weswegen ich gerne etwas abnehmen möchte (3 – 4 kg vielleicht). Mein Problem ist aber, dass ich sehr sehr gerne esse und auch schwer darauf verzichten kann. Vielleicht könnt ihr mir ja helfen. Danke schon mal im voraus 🙂

Eat less calories per meal and still get fed.

Rice and chicken liver (frozen 500g – at least 12 hours) with onion.
Cook rice.
3 onions dice and fry.
Add the liver with salt and add fried onions – pour with water and simmer. After 30 min. connect with sosenbinder.
Serve.

Chickens with rice, peas/tubes, champions and campigonsose.
Cook chicken legs in slightly salted water, then remove the bones and cut small.

Cook rice with some salt.
Small can with peas and carrots and small cans cast off champions and use this water for preparation of
Bag with mushroom cream soup –
there is extra water needed.
put everything in a pot and warm it again briefly.
You can also eat it on 2 days when you store it in the refrigerator.
Heating is also possible in the microwave.

Be careful not to lose control. Go for a walk.
no more sweet drinks and just healthy food also sports evtl endurance sports!
Sports and make sure you eat. The best way to eat as much as usual with healthier eating or eating the less calories
