There is no firm legal regulation at the exact price.

You can buy the headphones from your pocket money when the money has been given to you at your own disposal.

The problem is, the store can’t know if your parents gave you the money for something else, for example, whether it’s okay or not. In the worst case, the purchase is not effective and your parents can simply bring it back. Therefore, a seller may not be allowed to do so with expensive items.

In the best case, you just buy it with an adult person. If the headphones are not so expensive and quite budget for someone of your age, you might also be able to buy them that way.

At the age of 14, you’re “restricted business.” This means the pocket money paragraph is valid when buying. With 14 it says that a pocket money of 25,50€-30,50€ is appropriate at the age. So if you buy headphones in this area, there will be no problems.

In the end, the seller will tell you if he sells the headphones or not. In principle, he could also sell you more expensive

From seven years on, you’re businessable, I found the following on the Internet:

In principle, the pocket money paragraph states that minors may conclude a purchase contract without the consent of their guardians. However, only if they pay the purchase price with money that was left to them by their parents for a specific purpose or for free.

However, there are legal transactions that do not fall under the pocket money paragraphs. These include:

Mobile phone contracts

Magazines Abos

expensive jewelry and expensive toys

Electronic devices (tablet, mobile phone, TV)

Council purchases of any kind

Minors are therefore not allowed to enter the gym without parents’ consent, or to make a larger purchase on rates – even if the payment was made with the pocket money. In principle, such legal transactions require a full viability, which is only the case with the 18. Year of life.

However, I think headphones should be ok as long as they don’t cost much more than a hundred euros now. Of course, it depends on how old you are…

I picked up headphones at Media Markt and then the woman asked me at the checkout how old I was because she meant that she would not sell the headphones or a certain amount of money, under a certain age.
I don’t know if that’s true or not
