Widerspruch jobcenter?
Hi hi! Und zwar mache ich gerade eine Ausbildung, ich habe dieses BAB beim Jobcenter beantragt. Dieses wurde aber abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass es meine zweite Ausbildung ist. Diesen Bescheid (die Ablehnung) habe ich an die KoBa (sowas ähnliches wie Jobcenter) geschickt. Da ich von denen zurzeit Überbrückungsgeld bekomme, weil ich so sonst nicht meine Ausbildung finanzieren kann.
Gestern habe ich per Mail eine Nachricht von der KoBa bekommen, dass ich gegen diese Ablehnung einen Widerspruch einlegen soll, damit diese Ablehnung davon dann geltend gemacht wird.
Ich bin etwas am verzweifeln, da ich noch nie einen Widerspruch geschrieben habe. Auch wollte ich das bei Word schreiben/unterschreiben und das online bei der BA hochladen, aber dies scheint ja nicht zu gehen, da man eine ’email mit qualifizierter elektronischer Signatur’ braucht.
Meine Frage ist jetzt, wie ich diesen Widerspruch zur BA schicken soll? Kennt sich jemand von euch da aus?

BAB and the job center have nothing to do with each other.
You shall object to the BAB-Ablehnung.
In my opinion, you can save the contradiction, as the rejection is correct in my knowledge.
However, you can object to pro forma in writing.
