Even in the job later, there is the curriculum and, if necessary, certain agreements and requirements in the field of the school, but everything with a rather high design space for the concrete teaching planning and implementation. In addition, in the job, you will always have to deal with all the individuals who are sitting there in front of you, just as individually, again and again very spontaneously. And at the latest in the case of office hours then completely “from the cold”. This is nothing for someone who likes to have clear instructions and rules at work, so nothing for pupils to whom the pump goes immediately, if in a class work something is involved, “what we have not discussed in class!”

And then in this profession not only the students are your client, but also their parents. Also there you will meet different personalities in all variants and from all the ends of the extremes. In any case, you should bring a very positive human image and an open basic attitude towards other life plans, attitudes and cultures. And at the same time also the ability to distance yourself in a professional way – so accepting and open on the one hand, but on the other hand not the problems of others make your own. A very narrow grotto – and with too strong expression of one or the other often the reason why people in this profession are “not good” or burn out…
