You should make cream stiff. Otherwise, the cream will go down after a while.

If it should last longer and not coincide, you should do that.

gelatin in sheet or powder form the first softened, then heated and dissolved. 2 tables Cream stir for heat equalization, then gelatin under the beaten Cream pull and put them cold until they get right fixed is.

If you have pots/square and cream stiff at home, you can still mix it up, taste better. :
