If you don’t have the budget, you can try to get a puffy stuff online. Behind this is a game in which traumatized plush animals are treated via therapy…. I celebrated the game back then.

Okay, let’s see something realistic.

Why not just get away from the general “What suits the person what fits the profession of the person”. Why not just discover whether the person is allergic to certain baking ingredients… and then bake Christmas cookies themselves (so you don’t know how to make cookies/ cookies that would trigger an allergic reaction).

Self-baked cookies, in a colourful tin can…. this fits the season. As good as anyone likes Christmas cookies or can at least use them

Hello esmaxtna,

You must know that yourself. It’s important that you don’t notice if the psychologist helped you. Psychologists have a very serious job because they have to try to gain a sympathy with every person.
From my side, I would give a few lavender candles for Christmas, with honey smell. It’s a little bit, but candles are always beautiful, like Christmas.
Or just give you a little bite, show a smile and say thank you. That’s what you can do.

Mindfulness cards would also be a good idea, giving it to Amazon. You have to see that she hasn’t.
