Why no picture on the PC?
My PC is running, the graphics card and the other fans are running, the HDMI cable is intact and I still don't get a picture, why?

As already mentioned, the cable may have been plugged in incorrectly…
New build? It's possible that something is incompatible or that a component/cable isn't plugged in properly (given the problem, I'd assume it's the RAM).

Did you also connect the monitor to the graphics card and not to the motherboard?

Did you connect it to the motherboard? If so, connect it to the graphics card.
