Why no email on mobile?

I'm having a problem with my GMX account. I'm receiving emails on my laptop but not on my phone. Does anyone know what the problem is? The account is the same.

Actually, I noticed the same issue with GMX. I have the same problem and can't find any clue as to what's causing it.
