Why isn't my GoodNotes working?

I bought a GoodNotes subscription so I could use multiple notebooks. Unfortunately, now I can only use three. Whenever I try to pay via my mobile phone bill, it says that this payment method is already on my account. But I can't use more than three notebooks…

What could this be????

Please help me, I don't know how to work with this at school otherwise
