Why is weather no longer predictable?

I have a question about a sensitive topic. At least for me, it's sensitive. I'm a presenter with a focus on service…meaning weather and traffic.
Today was the best example of how such a prediction often doesn't work.
I check our meteorologist pages and read their reports. So I'm really getting information from the professionals.
Today's result: It's and will remain beautiful, with a few harmless clouds. What we actually experienced: terrible storms sweeping across the entire state! And that's becoming more frequent. Or they say something's coming our way, and then we'll have beautiful beach weather.
Well, I think this has been happening more and more often lately, and it seems kind of strange to me! Sure, you can never predict anything with 100% certainty! But according to Statistics Austria, we've never seen such a large degree of inaccuracy before!
What do you think is the reason for this?😳
I don't necessarily believe in conspiracy theories…but maybe we should really think about what's going on and whether we humans have a hand in it…
According to our experts, it only has a limited connection to climate change. Climate change has been around for centuries, and according to meteorologists and geologists, weather phenomena haven't worsened… I don't know. It's all difficult to assess, I think.

Today we can control our half house by voice control (alexa), we can (what do we mean? the nasa can) fly to the moon!
