Even a planet with greenhouse gases has to heat up before it develops an atmosphere like Venus'. Going from -273°C to 9°C is already a significant step. The effect will accelerate. It won't be too long (in cosmic terms) before conditions similar to those on Venus prevail.

It can't be as warm as Venus because it's too far away. It only gets 4% more radiation than Earth and it has a locked rotation and there's no evidence whether that's true. Some say it's cold or Venus-like there, nobody knows. It's probably just Trappist 1b Venus, all the others just have a thin atmosphere or no atmosphere at all. And it says it could, it doesn't have to be Venus-like, it could also be Mars-like or Earth-like like in the videos you see, nobody knows.
