Why is there no comma in this sentence?

It's the bold part. The spell checker recognizes it as correct with or without a comma. Can someone explain this to me?

Ladies and Gentlemen

I hereby give notice of termination of my employment contract, which I concluded with you on **.**.20** and which came into effect on **.**.2023, subject to the notice period ending on **.**.2023, or alternatively at the earliest possible date.

I would write it without comma, since the sentence is not yet completed (before under).

If you were to take a break (by a comma), it would sound strange.

There’s got to be a comma, because I can leave the insert:

“I hereby terminate my employment contract properly**.2023, at the earliest possible date”

The insert is a supplementary declaration and is enclosed by commas, can be omitted as in this case.
