Why is the "Pay in 30 days" feature sometimes not available on PayPal?
It varies from retailer to retailer. Currently, I want to buy MW2 on Steam and pay in 30 days, as I don't have the money right now, but I'll definitely have it within 30 days. However, Steam doesn't offer me the option or PayPal if I want to buy something through Steam.
Why is this so and how can we deal with it?

The terms of payment shall be determined by: Seller. If that doesn't suit you, no one forces you to click on BUY.

Because only the seller, in this case Steam can give you this option, but not Paypal.
so okay has already wondered why this is different from retailers. Does this ultimately make a difference at all so I understand that the Paypal pays me for it and I have to pay this bill within 30 days at Paypal if the seller had any drawback at all?
