Why is reading extremely good for well-being?

Am I imagining it, or why do I feel better and more relaxed afterward? I read 20 pages every morning and another 20 pages every evening. Afterward, I feel relaxed and good. I can't remember everything, but I remember a lot. Is that normal? Before that, I was always on my phone, and that gave me headaches.

I would be interested in what themes are? Because I just relax when I read something that I either like or give me information that I need.

Just reading some pages would scare me more because it would bore me.

I have no idea what this could happen, but I have that too. Reading is a bit my savespace. Maybe it comes from forgetting your own soregn
