Try to enter your phone number without any special characters (such as dashes, or spaces). Evtl. can also work the international format for phone numbers )+49….. and then your phone number OHNE the first 0)

Phone number? Most of them want the pre-election with 0 before, sometimes with, sometimes without gap. When you go to the field with the mouse pointer, the desired format is usually displayed.
