Why is my father so afraid of our neighbors?

(First I want to say that I don't want to use any punctuation because I'm getting back to my brother's birthday) My father was a sick child to me. Ever since I was a child he was so afraid of our neighbors. They live in our house but we rent it and they pay us monthly. My father and mother are good with the neighbors, they're even best friends but my father takes it too far. Ever since my father was very loud one day, our neighbor came to us and said that my father was loud. Since then my father hasn't been normal. He wanted us all to be completely quiet. Every time we spoke in a normal tone of voice he freaked out. He went berserk because it bothered the neighbors. He even hit me because of it. Right now it was my brother's birthday. He turned 30 and I wanted to sing and was just normally loud because it was a party. Then my father said I shouldn't sing and then I completely lost it. I insulted him several times in a row and told him that he wasn't a man. I don't regret it at all. I had a headache. There were four of us in a small one-room apartment anyway. Apartment for a long time and I was fed up with it, I had no privacy anyway because of his stupid rules I'm never allowed out without an escort, then I had to report to the youth welfare office because I haven't been out for a year except for school, I didn't even know what my town looked like and now I go out with a man and I can tell him everything and everything, I've had enough of my neighbors, he idolizes her all the time, he gives her so much love, my mother has had enough sometimes too, I'm incredibly angry and want to either storm at my neighbor or my father because I'm just confused
