Why is my face so unclean?
I'm 15 and use skincare from my beautician. I eat very healthily but it still looks like I have very dry skin (neurodermatitis or something). Could it have something to do with that?

This is not uncommon during puberty and is often hormonally related. It usually goes away later, but unfortunately, there's not much you can do from the outside other than to report the symptoms.
Drinking enough and caring for your skin as needed (without overdoing it, which can be counterproductive, especially with very dry and sensitive skin) and protecting it still pays off in the long run in terms of skin health.
Hormonal.
This is not bad acne.
You have a really bad illness that is incurable and is called puberty.
Get over it; it's normal and, above all, completely harmless. Millions of teenagers around the world look like this, too.
If you have very dry skin, make sure your skincare routine takes this into account.
I wouldn't say that your face is particularly impure; yes, there are large pores on your nose and a little bit on your cheek, but otherwise it's pretty clean.
Severe acne is something else.
