Why is my Derbi moped dying?

I bought a new Derbi moped a week ago, but the problem is that if I don't accelerate, it dies. I have to accelerate to start it. A friend suggested I screw in a screw for the idle speed. Can you explain this to me in more detail?

From the right you can see the stand gas screw. A silver large screw that can be turned by hand (but still has a crosshead)
You turn them a few times to the right, so HINEIN. Then the moped should not die anymore.

Add it, the scarf is on the carburetor and there are 2 screws. The stand gas screw is around with a spring around
