FastFood is often unhealthy due to sauces, saturated fatty acids and carbohydrates combined with the amount of fat. Such a bullshit like the one you should never eat carbohydrates is total bullshit. For a diet to start a ketogenic diet is of course wise as you achieve the desired goal quickly but it is not a lasting healthy lifestyle.
