Why full screen Windows?

I'm writing something and suddenly the screen goes full screen. Why is this happening? Is there any way to turn it off?

What happens if the exams are leaked shortly before the Abitur?
Let's say the exams are available online two days before the math exam. Will the entire math exam then be postponed nationwide until new tests are available? And what if they get leaked again? It will probably take some time to create new exams, and it can't go on like this forever.
