Why doesn't the purchase on account option work?
Hi everyone. I have a question regarding purchasing on account in various online shops. I was recently able to place orders on Amazon using a monthly statement. With Zalando, for example, this is still shown as an option as usual. I have always paid all my bills, regardless of where they come from, on time, without any late payments or reminders, and the same goes for monthly direct debits. I have never taken out any loans in my life; I'm still in training anyway 🙈. The online shop BestSecret somehow no longer shows me the option to purchase on account via provider Riverty, but it works in other shops like Amazon and Zalando. Should I be worried about a bad Schufa score as the reason for this, or what could be the reason?

You’re not right. Why don’t you say a shop?
Do not learn to buy anything on Pump anymore.
There can be many reasons, and they don’t even have to do something with you personally.
It can be enough if your living environment has been paid worse lately.
It’s weird because Amazon works with Riverty. Could be the amount of the invoice, or the payment method is not offered to new customers. But it can also really be creditworthy. Just because you can use it with the other services, it does not mean that it is also accepted by the payment system
