Why doesn't crunchyroll work for me?

Hi,

Somehow crunchyroll doesn't work for me and I don't know why 🙁 I just get this message:

I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that a friend of mine shares her account (she's a premium member). We've been doing this since yesterday (she gave me her account details yesterday after she got a subscription). She even verified the email after I logged in.

I really want to take a look, does anyone know why this is happening and what I can do about it?
