Why does the bank do this?

We bought a car but the previous owner has the problem (trying to sort it out right now) that the letter was at the bank, which is normal for financing, but for some reason they didn't send the letter to him but to VW in Wolfsburg

Has anyone ever had this and how long did you wait

Where the letter is now, as a buyer, you can’t care…

If you pick up the car, you should make your contract and you only give money when you get the letter, the vehicle license, the car and 1 pair of keys!

By the way, who says that:

“have other interested parties prefer to sell the car to you”

lies! He has no other interested parties.

When did the seller tell you the sale?

he may have financed the car directly via vw – they also have their own bank, and since the bank has no direct contact with the customer, the letter goes to the “trader” and then to the customer.

but is just ne guess…

They did not send the letter to WOB but to the selling dealer.

You now have the opportunity to pay the detachment together with the dealer of the vehicle and the dealer will then give you the letter.

So you bought a car without a letter?

And there’s a financing on the car?

But of course you’ve already paid the car. Yeah?

This will be exciting.

You can’t even let the car on you.

Did the Vk confirm the property of the car on the contract you made?
