Standard Gelaber und Gutrederei, wie Obstkorb und Kaffe 4free, sowas halt. Über die Kollegen und Kolleginnen dort in den höchsten Tönen reden aber in Wahrheit ist alles anders als die es dir verklickert haben.
Weil die wenigsten Berufe aus 100% Abenteuer bestehen.
In den allermeisten Fällen dürfte es sich eher zu 95% um mehr oder weniger langweilige Routinetätigkeiten handeln.
Allerdings würdest du es in einem Job, wo du wirklich jeden einzelnen Tag irgendetwas völlig Neues machen sollst, nicht lange aushalten.
das liegt an der Vorstellung, die die Realität nicht oder nur teilweise trifft. Schließlich fragt ein Arbeitgeber nie den Arbeitnehmer
“wie möchtest Du denn gerne arbeiten? Wie sind Deine Vorstellungen? Sag mal, damit wir die Arbeit an Deine Vorstellungen anpassen können.”
Vermutlich war man sich vorher nicht richtig informiert hat was der Beruf beinhaltet und sich Vorstellung gemacht hat die dann eben nicht wahr geworden sind
