Why does my MacBook always turn off?

Hello dear community,

I have an Apple MacBook from 2015 and have been using it for many years. I'm very happy with this laptop. Unfortunately, for the past few weeks, I've noticed that the device always shuts down immediately after turning it on. When I press the power button again, only the red battery symbol appears. When I reconnect the cable and then start the device, it shows me that there's still enough power.

In short: If you turn on the device without the power adapter, it will turn off. If you turn on the device with the power adapter, it will stay on (even if you unplug the cable shortly afterwards).

So it can't be the battery (I've already checked it with an app – there's nothing wrong with the battery).

Maybe one of you can help me? I would be very grateful for an answer!

Ich würde auf den Akku tippen. Wenn das Batteriesymbol angezeigt wird und das Gerät so nicht startet, ist es oft ein Defekt des Akkus.

Du kannst mal versuchen direkt nach dem Anschließen des Kabels (einschalten) ALT+CMD+P+R gedrückt zu halten, bis 3x der Startton kam. Dies setzt einige Parameter zurück und kann es eventuell beheben.

Wahrscheinlicher scheint ein Akkutausch zu sein.

Vielen Dank zunächst für den Tipp! Eine Frage: was genau für ein Kurzbefehl ist das? Nicht dass es mir jetzt irgendwie meinen Laptop zurücksetzt oder dadurch Daten verloren gehen – denn dann wäre ich wahrlich geliefert.
