Why does everyone at work act like they're friends?
I do have small talk, but some colleagues act as if you should have contact with your work colleagues in your private life too, which really gets on my nerves. I have friends in my private life and one at work (but only because I get on well with him). You always feel cornered, with all the social nonsense… you have to be this or that… you have to be very open-minded and extroverted. Above all, some people talk too much about personal things… Especially when I want to take my break alone, people roll their eyes. I just don't want to be disturbed during my break and I don't want to listen to other people's problems.
