Why does an alarm go off randomly at night?

Hi everyone, this is the second night this week that a random alarm has gone off on my TV. The screen says "Alarm" in bold, and the volume is cranked up to 100. I'm someone who can only fall asleep with voices in the background, so I leave the TV on.

Do you have any experience with something like this or any idea what it could be?

Turn off television with a timer.

Or do this with a computer that can turn off even after a certain time. Or think about your sleeping habits I don't think it's very health-promoting if you can only sleep with voices.

Or quite simply: read the user manual of the TV and set the alarm off.
